Workshops & facilitation

Most AI training shows people what the technology can do. My workshops start from what your people actually do all week — and end with automations they built themselves.

How it works

  1. 1

    Discovery call

We agree the goals, the audience and the AI tools your company already allows — so nothing built in the room breaks policy on Monday.

  2. 2

    Task mapping

Before the session, each participant lists the repetitive tasks that eat their week. That list becomes the raw material for the workshop.

  3. 3

    Hands-on build

In the room, people go from “AI could probably do this” to a working automation — prompts, assistants, workflows and agents, built on their own tasks.

  4. 4

    Follow-through

A recap, a shortlist of the next automations worth building, and optional follow-up sessions for the internal champions who keep it going.

Why me

I have a PhD in AI and built technology at Google and on Amazon Alexa. Today I build with AI agents every day — so what I teach is what I actually use, not what I read about last week.

I’ve also spent years explaining AI to rooms full of non-technical people, from festival tents to hotel ballrooms. Workshops borrow the energy of a keynote and the practicality of a build session.

Questions

Before you ask

Do participants need to be technical?

No. The workshop is designed for people who have never written code. The technical people in the room usually get the most surprised by how far everyone else gets.

Which AI tools do we use?

Whichever ones your company has approved — general assistants, workflow automation tools and agent platforms. If nothing is approved yet, we start with a short list your IT team can sign off.

What about confidential data?

Exercises are designed so nobody needs to paste confidential data into anything. We follow your data policies, and the discovery call is where we agree the boundaries.

In-person or remote?

Both work. In person is best for the hands-on format; remote sessions work well for leadership briefings and follow-ups. For open sessions, see the live webinars.

How long is a workshop?

It depends on team size and goals — tell me how much time you have and we’ll design around it.

Tell me about your team, the tools you use and what you’d like people to be able to do afterwards.
