For teams
Automate Your Own Job
The flagship hands-on workshop. Employees find the tasks AI can take off their plate and build their first automations themselves.
- Personal task audit
- Live building, not demos
- Everyone leaves with something working
Workshops & facilitation
Most AI training shows people what the technology can do. My workshops start from what your people actually do all week — and end with automations they built themselves.
Illustrative example
How it works
We agree the goals, the audience and the AI tools your company already allows — so nothing built in the room breaks policy on Monday.
Before the session, each participant lists the repetitive tasks that eat their week. That list becomes the raw material for the workshop.
In the room, people go from “AI could probably do this” to a working automation — prompts, assistants, workflows and agents, built on their own tasks.
A recap, a shortlist of the next automations worth building, and optional follow-up sessions for the internal champions who keep it going.
Formats
Every format is tailored to your team, your tools and the time you have.
For teams
The flagship hands-on workshop. Employees find the tasks AI can take off their plate and build their first automations themselves.
For leaders
A candid briefing on what AI agents can and can’t do today, where the real opportunities are, and how to start without betting the company.
For events
Facilitated build days, hackathon coaching and interactive sessions that turn an offsite or conference into something people make together.

Why me
I have a PhD in AI and built technology at Google and on Amazon Alexa. Today I build with AI agents every day — so what I teach is what I actually use, not what I read about last week.
I’ve also spent years explaining AI to rooms full of non-technical people, from festival tents to hotel ballrooms. Workshops borrow the energy of a keynote and the practicality of a build session.
Questions
No. The workshop is designed for people who have never written code. The technical people in the room usually get the most surprised by how far everyone else gets.
Whichever ones your company has approved — general assistants, workflow automation tools and agent platforms. If nothing is approved yet, we start with a short list your IT team can sign off.
Exercises are designed so nobody needs to paste confidential data into anything. We follow your data policies, and the discovery call is where we agree the boundaries.
Both work. In person is best for the hands-on format; remote sessions work well for leadership briefings and follow-ups. For open sessions, see the live webinars.
It depends on team size and goals — tell me how much time you have and we’ll design around it.
Tell me about your team, the tools you use and what you’d like people to be able to do afterwards.
