The question

When competent output is cheap, being competent stops being a differentiator. People and organizations need a positive answer to where their value comes from next — not just a list of things AI can’t do yet.

The keynote

Talks are adapted to each audience and event brief.

When capable AI systems can produce answers, designs, plans and software cheaply, producing competent output is no longer enough to stand apart.

This keynote explores five enduring areas of human advantage: taste to recognize what’s worth making, judgment to choose under uncertainty, trust to create relationships and credibility, agency to take responsibility and move things forward, and IRL connection to build shared experience beyond the screen.

It reframes the AI conversation from a defensive question — “What can machines not do?” — to a more useful one: “What should people become exceptionally good at?” The result is a practical and optimistic framework for leaders, creators and individuals navigating a world of increasingly abundant intelligence.
